Please read the following instructions before ordering.

• 1 unit = 1 sheet of colour A0 printing
  Please check the number of pages you wish to be printed equals to the number of units entered in the quantity field.
  
• If the file has layers, and you only wish to print certain sizes, please leave a note in the "Printing Notes" section.
• Upload your file by using the "add files" button.
  If you have any troubles with this, you can also email us the file at info@audreys.com.au by quoting your order number after you have placed your order.
  You can add multiple patterns to a single item. Just add the total number of pages in all your patterns and enter that into the quantity field.
• All patterns will be checked for scale before we send it out to you!

• If you document has multiple pages, please enter the number of pages in the quantity field:

1 unit = 1 page
2 units = 2 pages
3 units = 3 pages
5 units = 5 pages
and so forth

• Please make sure your file is correctly sized at standard A0 size. We can offer reformatting services, but this may incur an extra charge.

• All patterns will be folded to A4 size for postage. We do not offer postage in rolled tubes at the moment.
• All orders will include at least 1 complementary document wallet for storage (unless shipped by envelope). Additional ones can be purchased here.
• The print automatically trims blank areas so your pattern may be smaller than A0 if it has blank spaces. If you want full A0 sheets with blank spaces, please leave a note.
• Shipping option:
  • Tracked envelope: can fit a maximum of 2 sheets, cannot be combined with fabric, and does not include document wallet,
  • Express envelope: can fit a maximum of 2 sheets, cannot be combined with fabric, and does not include document wallet,
  • Standard Parcel Post - can be combined with fabric
  • Express Parcel Post - can be combined with fabric
