Cotton Jersey & Interlock

Cotton jersey knit, also known as t-shirt jersey, jersey knit, is the fabric used for your everyday t-shirt, pyjamas, dresses and loungewear.

It differs from cotton lycra in that it is 100% cotton, and the stretch in the fabric comes solely from the way the fabric is constructed. It usually only has 2-way, horizontal stretch, i.e. stretch perpendicular to the selvege of the fabric.
