Cotton Jersey Interlock

Cotton Interlock Jersey, otherwise just referred to as interlock, is a soft, breathable and absorbent knit fabric that's 100% cotton.

The key difference between cotton jersey (single knit) and interlock is that interlock is a double knit, so think two layers of cotton jersey single knit weaved together. This means its usually thicker, smooth on both sides and has a bit more stretch than a single knit. It is a versatile fabric and is suitable for all the projects that you would normally make out of cotton jersey.
