Shipping Rates

Our default carrier is Australia Post.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $150 (after all discounts & coupons are applied).

At the moment, we only ship Australia wide, and do not offer international shipping.

Postage is calculated by order total (after all discounts & coupons are applied).

If you are purchasing 1.5m or less of woven fabrics:

• Large tracked envelope (Standard) - $6.70
• Large tracked envelope (Express) - $10.20

Note: envelope options are only available for woven fabrics (112cm wide or less), not exceeding 1.5m in length. If otherwise selected, we will need to contact you to pay the balance in shipping before your order can be dispatched.

For extra bulky or heavy orders, we may opt to use another carrier (e.g. Sendle) to ensure we can get your orders to you safe and sound. However, we will make sure to contact you to make sure the chosen carrier is appropriate and reliable for your area of residence.

Handling Times

• We aim to ship all paid orders within 3-5 business days. If for whatever reason your order needs to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
• All pick-up orders must allow a 48-hour handling time for orders to be processed and ready for pick-up.
