We offer different types of pre-orders, custom rounds with different bases, as well as an "Always Availble" woven range open all-year-round.
How long will it take?
The turn-around time for pre-order items depend on its freight method.
Please refer to the specific turn-around times listed on the pre-order pages. Turn-around time refers to the time between a) either the date your order is placed (for always open pre-orders), or the date the round is closed (for choose your own base pre-order rounds) and b) the date we receive the fabrics at the Melbourne warehouse.
Once items arrive at the warehouse, they will be dispatched within 3 business days unless there are unforseen circumstances.

If you require the alternative methods to those listed above, we can try our best to accommodate if you contact us.
If you place an order containing items with different turn-around times (e.g. air & ocean freight), you will have the option to have the items mailed out to you as they arrive (subject to additional postage costs), or otherwise, for the order to be milaed out once everything have arrived.
We appreciate that communication and transparency is very important to our customers. Therefore, if you place a pre-order, you can expect the following:
You will receive an initial confirmation email of your pre-order.
If there are any issues with availability or turn-around time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You can monitor the progress of your order anytime, via the main preorder page, under printing schedule.
Once your order is here, it will be posted out within 3 business days, but usually sooner.
When we have posted your order, you will receive the shipping and tracking information.
Postage Costs of Pre-Orders
Postage costs will be calculated and collected along with the pre-order items.
As we anticipate many of these orders to be bulky, postage is charged according to the total weight of the order.

Orders greater than 5kg may be shipped using courier services (e.g. Sendle). If this is an issue, or if you have a preferred courier, please let us know when you place your order.
